About your Teachers:
Michelle Moran is a dedicated health and wellness professional with a rich background in midwifery, education, and holistic care. She holds a Diploma in Midwifery and a BSc in Health Studies, which lay the foundation for her expertise in women's health. With a PGCE, she has expanded her passion for teaching into areas of yoga, focusing on pregnancy yoga and menopause yoga, helping individuals navigate critical life stages with physical and mental well-being.
In addition to her yoga practice, Michelle is trained in Swedish and sports massage, offering therapeutic bodywork to support overall health and recovery. Her commitment to natural health and beauty extends further as an ambassador for Tropic Skin Care, where she advocates for eco-friendly and nourishing skincare solutions. Michelle combines her diverse skill set to empower others through a holistic approach to health, wellness, and self-care.
Laura Price, founder of Alchemy, is a multifaceted practitioner dedicated to supporting women's health and well-being through a holistic approach. With a deep understanding of the challenges women face, Laura integrates her expertise in sound healing, spiritual response therapy, Reiki, integrated energy therapy, reflexology, holistic nutrition, aromatherapy, and massage to guide her clients toward balance and healing.
Her extensive experience allows her to provide personalised care, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of health. Laura’s unique combination of therapies creates a transformative experience, empowering women to achieve optimal wellness and spiritual growth. Through her work, she fosters a compassionate environment, where women can reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
